The welcome starts before anyone walks through the doors. Our Parking Team helps guests arrive safely, find their way, and experience a friendly first impression from the moment they pull onto campus.
Greeters
For THE EXTROVERTS and “people people”.
Greeters set the tone from the moment someone walks through the doors. With a smile, a hello, and a helping hand, this team makes sure every person who enters Encounter feels noticed, welcomed, and valued.
Production Team
For our tech-savvy friends and introverts.
Our Production Team uses technology and creativity to help create distraction-free environments where people can encounter Jesus. From audio and lighting to cameras, livestream, and visuals, this team serves behind the scenes to support what happens in the room and extend the message beyond our walls.
Cafe Team
For the coffee lovers and morning people.
Our Cafe Team creates a warm and welcoming space by serving coffee, drinks, and snacks before and after services. Through great hospitality and friendly service, this team helps people feel at home and creates opportunities for connection.
ENCOUNTER Grace recovery house
For women who are passionate about recovery and sobriety.
Coming alongside women as they walk through recovery and toward lasting freedom. Female volunteers serve through encouragement, support, and practical care for the women of Grace House.
media Team
For the creatives & storytellers.
Using creativity to tell the story of what God is doing at Encounter. From photography and videography to social media, graphic design, and web design, this team helps communicate the message of Jesus beyond our walls.
EC kidz
For those with a passion for the next generation.
Creating a safe, fun, and Jesus-centered environment for Kids. From nursery through elementary, volunteers help kids experience the love of God, learn His Word, and know that church is a place they belong.

For THOSE PASSIONATE ABOUT CREATING AN ATMOSPHERE WHERE PEOPLE CAN ENCOUNTER GOD.
Leading our church into the presence of God through music and worship. Singers and musicians use their gifts to help create an atmosphere where our church can worship Jesus together.

Meeting practical needs with the love of Jesus. This team serves people in our church and community through home and hospital visits, meals, transportation, tutoring, and other areas of care and support.

For the detail-oriented behind-the-scenes heroes.
Sanctuary Care helps prepare and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming worship environment. This team serves behind the scenes so that when people enter the sanctuary, the space is ready for them to focus on what matters most – encountering Jesus.

For the planners & get-it-done people.
Taking the love of Jesus beyond Sunday morning. This team serves our community through outreach opportunities throughout the year and helps bring church-wide events to life.
